Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a proactive Scientist (Nutrition and Metabolism) to support a research project on nutrition interventions across local cuisines. Qualifications

• Degree in nutrition, food science, biomedical science, sports science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating human studies.
• Familiarity with research logistics, participant coordination and data collection tools.
• Field-based work experience and ability to work flexible hours.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of a dietary intervention project.
• Plan and assist in meal preparation and delivery per study protocol.
• Manage participant recruitment, scheduling and meal logistics.
• Monitor study progress and ensure compliance with ethical and safety guidelines.
• Document adverse events and liaise with internal teams and vendors.
• Conduct nutrient analyses of meals and intake data.
• Analyze data and assist in study reporting.
