Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Lecturer in Nursing for a 2-year contract within the School of Health Sciences. The role is full-time, focusing on delivering lectures, tutorials, and labs for diploma programs in several nursing areas.

The successful candidate will integrate ICT-enabled learning, support student wellbeing, and participate in outreach and other academic duties. A nursing degree and at least 3 years of clinical experience in Singapore are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in nursing.
• Minimum 3 years’ clinical/hospital experience in Singapore.
• Familiar with clinical practice and physiology/pharmacology basics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver lectures, tutorials, and labs for Diploma/Specialist Diploma courses in multiple nursing areas.
• Implement ICT-enabled learning pedagogies and tools.
• Provide pastoral care to students to support learning.
• Support school outreach and student programmes (local and overseas).
• Support academic duties and other related tasks.
