As a Nursing Administrative Officer

You will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Compile and maintain accurate records for regulatory audits and ongoing monitoring, staff training records and nursing training hours
  • Annual mask‑fitting documentation
  • Vaccination records for staff and residents
  • Residents' readmission records
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform routine stock checks of medications and ward supplies to avoid overstocking or shortages.
  • Submit replenishment requests as needed.
  • Liaise with the hospital pharmacist to coordinate medication orders and collections.
  • Work with the Operations team to manage prescription form submissions and medication logistics.
  • Monitor the validity of nursing staff certifications.
  • Coordinate with Nurse Managers to schedule and arrange re‑certification training for staff.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O' level or Certificate in Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support
  • Knowledge in a healthcare setting would be an advantage
