Nursing Head (Nursing & Therapy) / Senior Staff Nurse

Location: North East Region | Sector: Healthcare Management / Eldercare

Senior Leadership Role: Drive Clinical Excellence & Operational Strategy
This is a distinguished opportunity for an experienced nursing leader. Choose your path: lead the entire Nursing & Therapy department as the Head, or step up as a Senior Staff Nurse providing advanced clinical leadership. Shape policy, ensure compliance, and elevate the standard of care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• For Head Role: Assist the Superintendent in the full management of the Home, ensuring compliance with the Destitute Persons Act and all relevant regulations.
• Plan, manage, and oversee the safe, efficient, and quality delivery of all healthcare services.
• Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and quality management systems.
• Provide strong clinical leadership, supervision, and professional development for all nursing and therapy staff.
• Manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder reporting for the department.
• For Senior Nurse Role: Provide advanced clinical expertise, act as a role model, and take on significant supervisory duties in support of the Head Nurse.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Qualification: Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Nursing.
• Mandatory: Full or Conditional registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven supervisory, management, or leadership experience.
• Experience in aged care, social service, or a therapy-integrated environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of policy development, quality assurance, and staff performance management.
• Excellent strategic, administrative, and communication skills.

Schedule & Commitment:

• For Head (Nursing & Therapy): Monday to Friday office hours (e.g., 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). 44-hour work week.
• For Senior Staff Nurse: Monday to Friday, plus required to work on Public Holidays. Similar office hours. 44-hour work week.
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
