Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and deliver clinical training programs, workshops, and orientation for nurses across various departments.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to new and junior nursing staff to ensure quality clinical practice and patient safety.
• Collaborate with Nursing Leaders and Department Heads to identify learning needs and support continuous professional development.
• Facilitate competency assessments and skills evaluation to uphold nursing standards.
• Participate in nursing research, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice implementation.
• Stay current with MOH regulations, nursing practices, and emerging healthcare trends.

🔹 Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with valid registration under the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent (Postgraduate qualifications in Nursing Education or Clinical Teaching preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including experience in teaching, preceptorship, or staff development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Passionate about lifelong learning, patient care, and staff empowerment.
