Working hours: 5 days office hours. 8.30am to 6pm (Mon-Thu) & 8.30am-5.30pm(Fri)
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate training and development programs for nursing staff.
- Design and deliver evidence-based continuing education initiatives to enhance clinical competence and service quality.
- Coordinate nursing education activities to support staff in meeting current and emerging healthcare needs.
- Monitor and review learning outcomes to ensure effectiveness of training programs.
- Guide and mentor student nurses during clinical placements to ensure safe and effective practice.
- Develop and update training materials and curricula based on latest nursing standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with nursing leaders and clinical teams to identify learning needs and improve staff performance.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new nursing staff.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports for audit and review purposes.
- Contribute to professional development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Education
- At least 8 of clinical nursing experience with a minimum teaching experience of 2 years in healthcare setting or nursing academic school.
- Dedicated with passion on teaching and nursing education.
- Proactive, motivated and serve as a role model for those they teach.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
