Job Description:

The role is responsible for assessing, identifying, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating nursing staff's continuing education, training, and development plans. This position adopts evidence-based approaches to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs. The incumbent contributes to the attainment of high-quality education and the production of effective, efficient, and skilled nurses who are able to respond to the health needs of our patients. The role involves overseeing programs for nurses to acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to practice nursing effectively.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Nursing or similar w min 5 yrs of relevant nurse educator experience, in Medical Surgical aspect. & Post-Graduate Diploma in Education
