Job description

Overview

You will be part of the Nuclear Cardiac Imaging team to prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to perform imaging procedures on patients for diagnostic interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear instructions to prepare the patients, perform daily quality checks of the gamma cameras, ensure procedures are carried out as per protocol, and process image data.
• Dispense radioisotopes in the radiopharmacy lab, administer radioisotope tracer injections, and properly document QC and radiopharmaceutical data.
• Perform pharmacologic stress tests for patients under the supervision of the physician.
• Participate in research programmes and comply with radiation safety guidelines.
• Clinical training will be provided for successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology/ Diagnostic Radiography/ Radiation Therapy
• A team player with good communication skills
