Job summary

HELLOSG Recruitment PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced AI Toolchain Algorithm Engineer to develop and optimize AI toolchains for on‑chip NPUs.

You will work on AI operator development, model adaptation, and performance optimization to enable efficient AI workloads on NPU hardware. Requirements include a Master’s degree or above in CS/EE/Automation/Math/Physics, 3+ years in AI toolchain or compiler engineering, and hands-on NPU toolchain experience.

Qualifications

Master's degree or above in CS/EE/Automation/Math/Physics.
3+ years in AI toolchain or compiler engineering.
Hands-on with NPU toolchains and operator optimization.
Experience in AI model deployment on specialized AI hardware.
Strong analytical and teamwork skills; bilingual EN/CN.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize AI toolchains for chip-based NPU platforms.
Develop, implement, and optimize AI operators/kernels for efficiency.
Adapt AI models to NPU hardware and optimize performance and resource use.
Analyze bottlenecks and improve execution efficiency of AI workloads on NPU platforms.
Collaborate with hardware, compiler, and algorithm teams to deliver efficient AI computing solutions.
