Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Technician to join our Research & Development team in Singapore. You will support test development engineers, troubleshoot tester machines such as V93K and J750, install loading boards, and participate in new product testing and buyoffs during development.

The role includes 12-hour day/night shifts and site-based work. The candidate should hold a diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering, with 0–2 years in semiconductors,

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering.
• Min. 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
• Working experience on Final Test equipment would be advantageous.
• Must be a team player and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and able to pick up skills quickly.
• Willing to work on 12hrs permanent Day/Night shift.
• NITEC / Higher NITEC holder is also welcome if have min 5 years’ experience in Final Test equipment.
• Commit 24 months contract (with potential renewal / extension / conversion).

Responsibilities

• Support Test Development Engineers to perform various development activities with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot tester machines error and conduct breakdown maintenance.
• Install and test the loading boards, testing socket and parts into tester machines.
• Perform Test program buyoff, AMSA run, Chip sort activities.
• Liquid nitrogen gas installation to handler for cold test run.
• Carry out tester machines up keeping maintenances (unscheduled Corrective Maintenance and scheduled Preventive Maintenance).
• New products testing programs, testing boards and new products buyoff at development phase.
• Run new products evaluation test run (pipe cleaning activity).
• Tester machine parameters and tester recipe evaluation run.
• Support IBIS TP buyoff.
• Engineering Burn-in Board Management and maintenance.
• Perform BIB Mask-off, Unmasking in IBIS utilities.
• Integrate new technology node into mass production and monitor the performance.
