Job summary

A recruitment services company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage NPI activities in manufacturing. The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Engineering and relevant experience, as well as strong problem-solving and project management skills. You will work with multiple stakeholders to introduce products, modify BOM, and support production runs.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant.
• To work & liaise with all relevant parties (internal, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory) on the product introduction include packaging.
• Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for assembly process.
• Knowledge in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance.
• Understanding of Server & Rack assembly process.
• Involve in rack packaging design.
• To lead/participate in Kaizen activities.
• To support production on mass run.
• Participate in ISO audit both internally and external.

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good project management skills.
• A keen eye for details
