Job summary

A specialized engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant QA Engineer to oversee product quality during the New Product Introduction process. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or degree in a relevant engineering discipline and have at least 1 year of experience in quality engineering. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, collaborating with program managers, and training QC inspectors. Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or degree in Precision, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in quality engineering.
  • Proficient in SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, CPK.

Responsibilities

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by overseeing product quality.
  • Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and compile inspection reports.
  • Conduct training for QC inspectors prior to handover of projects.
