Job description

Collaborate with design teams to ensure products are manufacturable and meet quality standards.

Champion Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles and lead testing strategy development.

Prepare design documents, conduct risk assessments, and ensure smooth production transfer.

Design and commission automated test systems and manufacturing tools.

Resolve technical issues through 8D problem-solving and production readiness reviews.

Provide engineering support to production and optimize processes using Design of Experiments (DOE).

Lead process improvements to boost yield, efficiency, and reduce waste.

Requirements
