Working Hours:

• 5.5 days/week (Mon–Sat)
• Mon–Fri: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Sat: 8:00am – 12:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome & guide visitors/patients at the main lobby
• Assist with online pre-registration & self-check-in/out kiosks
• Manage queues, crowd flow & prevent tailgating at gantries
• Provide way-finding around hospital premises
• Maintain cleanliness & ensure kiosks/gantries are functional
• Handle general enquiries & feedback
• Conduct regular checks on waiting areas & L1 toilets
• Assist public at sheltered car porch/lobby
• Perform other duties assignedbySupervisor
