Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for an electro-mechanical assembler in Upper Changi, Singapore. The role involves assembling, testing, and repairing electromechanical and pneumatic components in a controlled environment.

Your duties include following wiring diagrams, diagnosing issues, recording progress, and ensuring readiness for testing or repair. Training provided; commitment to 5-day work weeks with shift allowances and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Nitec is required.
• Able to perform electro-mechanical assembly operations.
• Troubleshooting, repair and maintenance and testing of pneumatic systems.
• Willingness to work in clean room and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, and test electrical, electromechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies and components following standard work orders and schematics.
• Troubleshoot and repair during the build process and detect errors.
• Use test fixtures, measurement tools, and detectors to evaluate performance of assemblies.
• Record progress and labor details using computer systems.
• Inspect parts, verify materials, and ensure readiness for assembly, testing, or repair; assist with process improvements.
• May assist with computer programming, software installations, and system repairs as needed.

Location:Upper Changi

Contract:12 Months (renewable / convertible) - 3 months training

Working Days:5 days a week, Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Sunday to Thursday.

Salary:Up to $3,600 (basic) + Shift Allowance + Completion bonus

Permanent Shift

Extra $500/month and more and bus transport provided after shift!

Morning shift: 7:00AM - 4:30PM

Noon Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM (With $500+ Allowance/month)

Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 9:00 AM (With $700+ Allowance/month)

Job Description

• Follows standard work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, wire lists, and written or verbal instructions to assemble, repair, and test electrical, electromechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Performs electromechanical assembly tasks, including troubleshooting and repairs. Detects, diagnoses, and corrects errors during the build process.
• Uses test fixtures, electronic measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to evaluate the performance of assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Records progress, labor details, and work-related information using computer systems.
• Receives and inspects parts, verifies that all required materials are available, and conducts audits to ensure readiness for assembly, testing, or repair. Checks components for defects and helps troubleshoot and improve related processes.
• May assist with computer programming, software installations, and system repairs as needed.
