Responsibilities

• Support engineers in project coordination for automation, new equipment setup, equipment relocation, and other manufacturing-related initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions, forms, records, and risk assessments.
• Assist with sample preparation, testing, data collection, and trial runs for machines and equipment.
• Support installation, modification, and refurbishment of equipment components to meet production needs.
• Sustain production operations through equipment troubleshooting, alarm/error analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Document breakdown analyses, create troubleshooting guides, and support corrective actions.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and provide training or coaching to users when required.
• Participate in and support internal and external audits.
• Manage spare parts inventory, preventive and autonomous maintenance schedules, calibration activities, and 5S practices.
• Coordinate maintenance and calibration tasks with suppliers and internal teams.
• Handle administrative tasks such as requisitions, shipping, scheduling, and maintaining equipment records and ledgers.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and upkeep of jigs and fixtures.
• Support continuous improvement, automation, and lean initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to efficiency improvement projects for maintenance and manufacturing processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
