HIDEKI CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervision role in Singapore to coordinate subcontractors and in-house workers while ensuring compliance with project scope and construction drawings.

The incumbent will work with safety personnel to maintain WHS standards and assist project management in daily execution of permanent and temporary works including road diversions and drainage tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring workmanship meets quality standards, conducting routine

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and in-house workers.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
• Co-operate with safety personnel and ensure adherence to Workplace Safety & Health at all times.
• Assist PM and Project Engineers on daily execution of permanent and temporary works such as road diversion, drainage and pavement work.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Ensure work is executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship with observation of deadlines.
• Perform safety, equipment, and materials routine inspection.
• Monitor progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
• Responsible for materials and manpower planning usage at site.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned day to day. (Night shift required)
