• Provide training and upgrade technical skills of workers.
• Analyze performance-related issues and recommend solutions.
• Ensure quality service delivery to clients.
• Oversee employee turnout standards and overall staff attitude.
• Responsible for recruitment and staff scheduling.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
