Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead line leaders and operators to achieve daily production, quality, productivity, and safety objectives.
  • Conduct daily briefings and promptly elevate operational issues.
  • Plan and track manpower allocation, overtime, and consumable usage.
  • Ensure compliance with established manufacturing standards and safety procedures.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance team capabilities.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce human errors and boost efficiency.
  • Uphold discipline, 5S, and housekeeping standards on the production floor.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance activities.

Skills

Diploma or Degree in Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
Willing to work 12-hour permanent night shift

Education
