The candidate will monitor live trading systems, execute HFT strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system reliability. A degree in Finance/CS/Engineering and knowledge of Python/Rust/SQL are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in high-frequency trading.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and HFT strategies.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Programming or scripting languages in Python, Rust, or SQL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage live trading systems during night shifts to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Execute and oversee high-frequency trading strategies, ensuring alignment with market conditions and firm objectives.
• Collaborate with trading, engineering, and operations teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Analyze market data and trading performance to identify opportunities for strategy optimization.
• Maintain detailed logs of trading activities and incidents, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate critical issues promptly to senior traders or technical teams for resolution.
