Qualifications

• This is a night shift role.

Responsibilities

• Hand-wash delicate items that cannot fit in the dishwasher machine.
• Scrape, pre-rinse, load dishracks, and monitor wash temperatures.
• Inspect items for residue, spots, or cracks and rewash as needed.
• Drain, clean, and descale dish machines at shift end.
• Assist with other tasks to support kitchen operations and teamwork.
