Job summary

A leading catering company in Singapore is looking for a Kitchen Staff member to cook and prepare food in accordance with assigned menus. The role requires a minimum of 1 year experience in a hot kitchen and the ability to work the midnight shift from 8pm to 8am. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in hot kitchen, preferred hotel/catering/buffet.
• Able to work midnight shift from 8pm to 8am, permanently.
• Able to drive lorry/van to help send rations to distribution point.

Responsibilities

• Cook food batch by batch.
• Prepare and cook food according to assigned menus.
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the kitchen.
• Assist Sous Chef/Junior Sous Chef with the kitchen work.
• Operate and record a hot holding cabinet.
