Night Shift - Chef / Kitchen Crew (Grill / BBQ)

6 days work week including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday

6:30pm to 3:30am

Company Transport Provided to send Employee home

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook grilled or BBQ dishes according to recipes and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards.
  • Operate grill, BBQ pit, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform food preparation such as marinating, portioning, and plating.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area in compliance with NEA and food safety standards.
  • Assist in inventory control — check and replenish ingredients and supplies as needed.
  • Support daily kitchen operations and coordinate with team members during peak hours.
  • Adhere to proper food handling, storage, and waste management procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.
