• Process ingredients scaling list.
• Responsible for production of all dough.
• Assist in baking and cleaning up equipment.
• Cleaning up of used equipment & work stations
• To assist in dough shaping at table work station
• To portion and scale dough weight according to requirement
• To sort and arrange shaped dough by its code
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

Full Time Night Shift Baker

Salary Range : up to $2800 per month

Location : 5 Mandai Link Mandai Foodlink (Kranji MRT)

Working Day : 6 days a week

Working Hour : 8 hours per day (44 hour per week + 1.5 OT Rate)

Working Shift : 1900-0400 (Night Shift)

Public Holiday : one day OFF in Lieu

Annual leave : 10 days

Night shift allowances & meal allowances provided
