Job summary

Reachfield Security & Safety Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Security Officer to protect client premises in Singapore. The role involves issuing visitor and contractor passes, clocking in/out, and patrolling in a commercial environment such as factories, malls or warehouses.

You will interact with staff, visitors and the public, maintaining professional conduct at all times. The ideal candidate holds a valid security license and has completed the two mandatory WSQ modules for PWM-SSO.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have good customer service and communication skills.
• Candidate must be PC literate and able to use standard office software.
• Shift work is required and no rotation.
• Possess a valid security license and have completed 2 mandatory WSQ modules for PWM-SSO.

Responsibilities

• Issue visitors/contractor passes, clock in/out, and patrol premises.
• Protect clients’ premises and enforce access control.
• Serve staff, visitors and the public with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain security records and report incidents as needed.
• Adhere to shift schedules (fixed shifts, no rotation).

Senior Security Officer

Salary: up to $3430 gross a month (5666 days work arrangement)

1. Works in a commercial (factory / warehouse / condo / mall / polytechnic) environment; mainly dealing with the staff, visitors, and public

2. Good customer service skills; able to communicate with people of all levels

3. Shift work, Fixed shift, no need to rotate

4. PC literate

5. Job duties include issuing visitors/contractor passes, clocking, patrolling, protecting clients’ premises and access control, etc.
