Job summary

Shilla Travel Retail Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Night Security Officer to protect the store and assets during the night. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Changi, SG.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant security experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include patrols, checks, and loss-prevention duties to maintain safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of relevant security experience.
• Good organizing and planning skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong understanding of building and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Good initiative, dependable, energetic and team player.
• Good time management skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling within the store to prevent shoplifting and ensure safety.
• Checking staff bags, purses, pockets, and lockers for suspicious items.
• Guarding (Loss Prevention) and reporting irregularities and policy breaches.
• Security monitoring and investigating thefts, filing police reports when needed.
• Conducting security training for new staff and overseeing outsourced guards.
