Reachfield Security & Safety Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Relief Security Officer to operate in commercial environments such as factories, malls and condos in Singapore. The role involves issuing passes, patrolling premises, and enforcing access control on a rostered, fixed 12-hour shift schedule.

The ideal candidate should have 4 WSQ modules for PWM-SO, a valid security license, and strong customer service skills to communicate with all levels of people.

Qualifications

• Good customer service skills; able to communicate with people of all levels
• Possess a valid security license and have completed 4 mandatory WSQ modules for PWM-SO

Responsibilities

• Issuing visitors/contractor passes
• Clocking duties
• Patrolling
• Protecting clients’ premises and controlling access
• Following roster and responding to security needs
• Working in commercial environments (factory/warehouse/condo/mall/polytechnic)
• Maintaining vigilance and reporting incidents as required
