PhillipCapital is seeking an experienced Night Desk Credit Risk Specialist to oversee real-time credit risk during overnight sessions (Europe/US). The role includes expanding risk responsibilities toward enterprise-wide risk management and leading data-driven risk initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in credit risk within capital markets, proficiency with Bloomberg/Refinitiv, and a track record of managing market-driven events with composure under pressure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline.
10+ years in credit risk management within stockbroking, securities trading, or investment banking.
Experience with US/European/Asian exchanges and risk methodologies.
Proficient with real-time risk systems and market data platforms.

Responsibilities

Monitor credit risk in real-time during European and US sessions and approve/reject credit limit changes.
Mitigate market risks and manage volatility through actions like position adjustments or suspensions.
Track counterparty exposures and concentration risks; escalate as needed.
Lead data-driven risk insights and support AI-enabled risk initiatives.
