Key Responsibilities:
- Drive card acquisition, engagement, and retention by managing regional card usage campaigns in partnership with internal teams and external partners.
- Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships with networks, merchants, and lifestyle providers to deliver compelling benefits, offers, and rewards tailored to customer segments across multiple markets.
- Oversee the end-to-end partner lifecycle including sourcing, due diligence, contracting, performance reviews, renewals, and exits.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure programs are customer-centric, competitive, and compliant with regulatory and brand standards.
- Monitor customer insights and market trends to refresh benefits, optimize effectiveness, and maintain differentiation.
- Maintain a central repository of benefits inventory, contracts, renewals, and risk registers for regional coordination and governance.
