Job Duties

• Handles overall Facilities Management across all regional offices
• Managing all office managers across different regions
• Manages business services (Reception, Conference Services, Regional Corporate Travel Program, Pantry, Food Services)
• Provide Business Support to the stakeholders and management
• Liaison with Corporate Security
• Organising and handling of corporate Events
• Vendor Management and Procurement
• Lease negotiation, budgeting and design & construction
• Perform Real Estate Strategy and Analytics
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar capacity within a corporate environment preferred
• Minimum 12-15 years of similar experience in MNCs
• Health and safety training a plus
• Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; Good sense of urgency
