Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll, allowance, and benefits disbursement in compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Manage compensation and benefits (C&B) budgets, ensuring alignment with financial guidelines and corporate policies.
  • Conduct regular analytics and reporting to support data-driven management decisions.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal, reward, and recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
  • Implement and maintain staff recognition, awards, and career progression frameworks.
  • Prepare and submit compensation-related reports to Head Office and regulatory bodies accurately and on time.
  • Oversee employee tax planning and ensure full compliance with IRAS requirements.
  • Administer staff welfare, benefits, and procurement programs effectively.
  • Promote HR policies, provide guidance to employees, and strengthen policy understanding.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and recommend policy enhancements to maintain competitiveness.
  • Review HR and employee reimbursement claims for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the General Manager and Heads of Department on ad hoc HR initiatives, reporting, and special projects.
  • Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.
