Job description
  • Support the design and execution of transformation initiatives within the Compliance & Risk Organisation (CRO) to enhance efficiency, governance, and regulatory alignment.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and offshoring initiatives, ensuring smooth transition planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics and Technology teams to leverage digital tools and data insights for workflow optimisation and operational excellence.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations to communicate project milestones, transformation progress, and key outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and track key CRO projects and divisional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Support divisional activities including budgeting cycles, promotion exercises, and staff engagement events, ensuring transparency and compliance with internal policies.
  • Maintain oversight of the organisation’s risk register, incident reporting, and control assessments, promoting operational risk awareness across the division.
  • Contribute to annual risk exercises such as scenario analysis and risk appetite testing.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects, reviews, and tasks as assigned by senior management.
