Prepare quotations, proposals, and related materials to support client discussions.
Organize and assemble documents required for client review and signing.
Manage the submission of completed forms and paperwork to the appropriate teams or service providers.
Follow up on ongoing matters such as pending documents, incomplete requirements, or payment issues.
Maintain and update client information, assist with service requests, and coordinate with external partners when needed.
Oversee general administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and ensuring documents meet internal guidelines.
Support the team with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and preparation of basic reports.
Carry out routine secretarial and administrative duties, along with any additional tasks assigned.
