A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking candidates for a role supporting the lifecycle of Employee Benefits renewals. Responsibilities include managing registrations, processing documentation, assisting with client servicing, and performing general administrative duties. Support the full lifecycle of Employee Benefits (EB) renewals, including pre-renewal preparation, post-renewal follow-up, and related client communications.
Manage the registration and deregistration of Personal Assistants (PAs) and General Office Personnel (GOPs), ensuring accurate and compliant record-keeping.
Prepare, review, and process documentation for EB products and agency personnel, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Assist Client Servicing Managers with administrative, coordination, and operational tasks throughout the renewal and agency servicing processes.
Facilitate background screenings, communicate results to applicants, and escalate issues as necessary.
Coordinate the issuance of authorization cards and maintain organized, up-to-date personnel and client records.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, mail/courier handling, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Participate in system testing (e.g., User Acceptance Testing) for process or system enhancements.
