Job description

• Issue invoices and maintain daily invoice reporting.
• Update payments, credit notes, discounts, marketing support, and free-of-charge items in AR records.
• Reconcile account receivable statements with importers and track outstanding balances.
• Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and flash sales reports to support financial planning.
• Manage unblock and hold shipment reports related to AR issues.
• Monitor credit lines for importers and dealers, unblock pending orders where possible, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Generate weekly credit line and spare parts/accessories reports for APAC importers.
• Oversee LC processes: review incoming LCs, prepare draft documents, coordinate with banks, and track LC payments.
