Job Responsibilities
- Oversee reception and visitor check‑in, act as on‑site security when needed, and manage office facilities, including catering, supplies, maintenance, and coordination with building management for service quality and lease compliance.
- Address employee requests by liaising with property management and maintaining communication with IT, AV, and Security teams.
- Serve as primary contact for events and meetings, managing setup requirements and providing hands‑on support for room configurations, deliveries, and mail.
- Manage Slack and ticket queues for approvals and inquiries (e.g., office access, offsite requests).
- Support office access programs, track site usage reports, and provide administrative assistance to the Workplace Experience team, including budget management.
- Monitor and respond to tickets, emails, Slacks, and calls, routing requests appropriately.
- Assist with special projects, contribute process improvement ideas, and ensure accuracy and retention of key program materials while enhancing team productivity and service quality.
- Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities/office administrative experience.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
