Job Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to design integrated, cross-platform campaign strategies that align with client objectives and unlock new revenue opportunities.
- Drive the strategic and creative ideation process — distilling audience insights, defining key narratives, and shaping breakthrough concepts that differentiate the brand in market.
- Develop and deliver persuasive, insight-led presentations that translate strategic thinking into compelling stories for agencies and advertisers.
- Collaborate across Research, Design, Planning, and Brand teams to ensure cohesive, data-driven proposals that reinforce overall marketing strategy.
- Provide strategic oversight post-sale, ensuring campaigns are executed true to vision and optimized against performance metrics.
- Guide cross-functional teams through campaign development and production phases, maintaining alignment on timelines, priorities, and strategic goals.
- Serve as the strategic bridge between creative development and commercial execution, ensuring every deliverable ladders up to measurable business impact.
- Continuously monitor cultural shifts, audience behavior, and platform innovation to inform forward-looking content and campaign strategies.
- Adhoc tasks & projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
