Job Responsibilities

• Attending to walk in customers, addressing their queries and managing of customer flow
• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers on banking products, services, and digital platforms, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues effectively.
• Educate customers on digital banking features, promote adoption of online and cashless solutions, and assist with onboarding to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, gather feedback for improvement, and strengthen customer relationships through proactive engagement and tailored recommendations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate when needed
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
