Job description
Having hands-on exp on Network (Switches, Routers, Load Balancer) and Firewalls devices for activities like upgrade, incident resolution and L2/L3 level troubleshooting for issues.
Working in a SLA bound environment to meet timelines Ready to work on weekends and post 6 pm on weekdays for patching/upgrade tasks.
Having exp on CVE (Vulnerability) assessment, prepare reports with accuracy and able to present in meetings where multiple client stakeholders are present.
