Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a security-focused professional to support vulnerability management across APAC network services. You will review CVEs and security advisories, coordinate remediation with network teams and vendors, and track action items with JIRA and reporting tools.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience in network engineering, vulnerability management, or risk reporting, with strong Excel skills and stakeholder communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in network engineering, vulnerability management, technology operations, risk reporting, or data analytics.
• Strong understanding of enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, Cisco technologies, and network services.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management processes, including CVE analysis, impact assessment, remediation tracking, and false positive validation.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience producing reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA or similar workflow and tracking tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking, cybersecurity, technology risk, or financial services experience is advantageous.
• Exposure to audit, compliance, or regulatory reporting requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support vulnerability management activities across APAC Network Services, including vulnerability analysis, risk tracking, and reporting.
• Review CVEs and vendor‑issued security advisories to assess potential impact on network infrastructure.
• Coordinate with network engineering teams, application owners, and vendors to validate findings and drive remediation activities.
• Track vulnerabilities, remediation progress, and action items using JIRA and reporting tools.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and risk summaries for technology and risk stakeholders.
