A major telecommunications provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to provide project support, coordinate with local partners, and monitor network service quality. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years in telecommunications, and is fluent in both Mandarin and English. Strong project management and communication skills are essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and operational stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, Major: Telecommunications or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in telecommunications industry.
- Solid knowledge of telecom transmission services and products.
- Good project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
- Strong communication skills with clients under pressure.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine support for key customer projects, ensuring project runs smoothly and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with local telecom partners to improve network service quality & stability.
- Support incident escalation and troubleshooting for network services.
- Monitor MVNO platform ensuring operational stability.
