Responsibilities

• Manage the organization’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN.
• Administer network security measures such as firewalls, access controls, and vulnerability management to safeguard systems and data.
• Plan, implement, and oversee network upgrades, performance optimization, and capacity planning initiatives.
• Conduct regular network and cybersecurity audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide escalation support for critical incidents.
• Offer direct IT support to end users, addressing desktop, connectivity, and access-related issues.
• Provide on-site technical support for retail operations, ensuring network reliability and uptime.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align network services with organizational goals and operational needs.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors for networking and security solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network architecture, configurations, and change management processes.
• Guide and mentor junior IT and network team members to enhance technical expertise and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in network administration or engineering, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Possession of relevant professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE, CISSP, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise networking, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Strong knowledge of network and cybersecurity practices, including firewall management, intrusion prevention, threat detection, patch management, and compliance.
• Practical experience with enterprise networking solutions such as Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or equivalent platforms.
