Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking candidates for a role involving 24x7 support duties, ensuring SLA compliance, and training junior staff. This position includes responsibilities for incident management and participation in preventive maintenance activities. Responsibilities

  • Participate in maintenance standby duty to cover 24x7 support.
  • Ensure SLA Level is achieved for every fault case.
  • Ensure escalation for faults beyond L1/L2 knowledge.
  • Attend to daily call assignments outside of standby.
  • Perform weekend or after-hours duty if required.
  • Attend to preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Follow up cases from opening to closure.
  • Update incident tickets properly and promptly.
  • Get certifications required to support key customers.
  • Train L1/L2 staff based on personal competency.
  • Take on new assignments from Ops manager or TSM.
