Job summary

A global engineering and R&D leader located in Singapore is seeking a cybersecurity professional to perform preventive maintenance, incident management, and compliance checks for network and security equipment. Candidates should have a Diploma/Bachelor degree in Cybersecurity or related fields, alongside strong understanding of IM8 compliance and relevant certifications. This role requires 2-5 years of level 2 support experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years in Level 2 support for mission critical 24x7 production support, preferably in public sector.
• Proven experience in handling P1/P2 incidents, managing post-incident reviews (PIRs) and root cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of IM8 compliance reporting, audit evidence and configuration traceability.

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance for Network & Security Equipment
• Conduct VAPT Support includes remediation and verification.
• Perform Quarterly Compliance Checks
• Handle Firewall Operation and other Cybersecurity BAU support.
• Conduct Incident & Problem Management along with Change and Patch Management.

Qualification

Education and Experience

1. Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline
2. At least 2-5 years in Level 2 support for mission critical 24x7 production support, preferably in public sector
3. Proven experience in handling P1/P2 incidents, managing post-incident reviews (PIRs) and root cause analysis
4. Preferably certification in Check Point / Palo Alto firewall, Cisco CCNA, Aruba, LogRhythm Analyst
5. Strong understanding of IM8 compliance reporting, audit evidence and configuration traceability
