Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing network and security infrastructure.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing network and security infrastructure.
• ITIL certified, CCNA or equivalent network certifications.
• ITIL certified, CCNP or equivalent network certifications, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage network and security equipment including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Respond to network incidents and adhere to management workflows.
• Maintain and update documentation on network performance and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide training.
