Job description

Lead and manage a team of network engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade network infrastructure.

Design, configure, and manage load balancers such as F5 BIG-IP, including SSL offloading, traffic management, and application delivery optimization.

Administer and troubleshoot core routing and switching using Cisco (IOS/Nexus), Juniper, or Arista devices with proficiency in OSPF, BGP, and VLANs.

Implement and maintain next-generation firewalls (Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet) for on-premises and cloud environments, including policy management and threat prevention.

Architect and deploy cloud network security solutions such as Azure Firewall, AWS Network Firewall, and Cloud WAFs, ensuring compliance with best practices.

Manage software-defined networking (SDN, SDA, and SD-WAN) solutions including Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, and Cisco SD-WAN controllers.

Oversee intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDPS)—configure, tune, and analyze security alerts to support incident response.

Implement and maintain VPN and remote access solutions including Cisco AnyConnect and Palo Alto GlobalProtect.

Utilize network monitoring and analytics tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios) to assess performance, conduct optimization, and ensure high network availability.

Drive automation and standardization using scripting tools (Python, Ansible) and enforce network security policies, NAC, and compliance (TACACS, IPSec, SSL/TLS).

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Professional certification such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is required; CCIE is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in deploying and supporting Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, F5 Load Balancers, and Check Point/Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • Experience in CIS hardening, network device security assessments, and remediation.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, preferably ITIL Foundation v4 certified.
  • Proficiency in network protocols and security standards, including IPSec, SSL/TLS, 802.1x, VLANs, and dynamic routing protocols.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
