Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain network and server infrastructure, ensuring system reliability and uptime.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points).

Perform system upgrades, backup management, and patch updates according to IT standards.

Manage and monitor network performance, identifying and resolving connectivity or latency issues.

Support project implementation, coordinating with vendors and internal teams on setup and integration.

Ensure all infrastructure complies with security, safety, and quality standards.

Maintain technical documentation, including configuration records, network diagrams, and maintenance reports.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users and systems when required.

Key Requirements

At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure or network engineering.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configuration.

Familiar with network devices (Cisco, Mikrotik, Fortinet, or equivalent).

Good analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Candidates with relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) will have an added advantage.
