Location and Compensation

• Location: South - Media Circle (Shuttle Bus from One-North & Buona Vista MRT)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary: Up to $8,000 + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Unified commerce platform

Main Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot IP networks, including routing, subnetting, DNS, and VLANs. Handle setup for routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and onsite implementation. Control progress, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors. Conduct review meetings and manage communications to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proven experience in network engineering and project coordination.
• Strong practical knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, and network security.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who only speak Mandarin.
