Location: Bukit Merah

Responsibilities

• Provide support on deployment work and operations support.
• Work with end user and vendor’s delivery team to ensure deployment meets requirements.
• Work with end user and vendor’s O&S team to ensure timely fault analysis, problem resolution, patch updates, meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain documentation, security policies, standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience in switches, routers, firewall, DNS, DHCP, NTP configuration, TCP/IP networking, etc.
• Certification in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, ITIL) is preferred.
