About the job

• Monitoring and maintaining Interconnectivity Network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot all network incidents and customer‑reported service issues within agreed‑upon SLAs.
• Perform Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Diagnosis, and Resolution within SLA’s, OLA’s, and KPI’s.
• Provide regular updates to ticketing systems and progress incidents through to resolution.
• Liaise and escalat with external suppliers and internal departments to minimize network disruption and downtime.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have proven working experience in Network / NOC.

Proven track record working in a data center or cross connect experience is required for this role.
